Yukata - Great Wave Purple

Inspired by the Great Wave off Kanagawa.

One of the greatest works by Japanese artist Katsushika Hokusai, The Great Wave was inspired by nature. Created in 1831 in the late Edo period, The Great Wave was produced using Japanese woodblock media and is one of the most recognized works of Japanese art in the world. This print influenced countless other artists to include waves in their works of art.

This Yukata captures that beauty with a vibrant wave design set against swirling water, symbolizing powerful currents that can take your breath away. The men's robe is richly detailed in shades of purple, gray, black, and white.

Made of 100% cotton, this wave pattern yukata is easy to care for making it great for travel or just lounging around at home during your free time. Machine wash in cold water for best results and to extend the life of your robe. A matching belt or obi is included. Made in Japan.

Medium (Backorder, ETA 1/25/2025), measures 56” in length and is designed to fit a male 5’ 7" to 6’ in height. The sleeve length is 15”, the shoulder width is 25”, and accommodates a waist up to 46", and allows for overlap on this wrap-around robe.

Large, measures 59" in length and is designed to fit a man 5' 9" to 6' 2" in height. The sleeve length is 15", shoulder width is 30", and the girth is 50".

XL/Wide (+10.00), measures 59" in length with a wider and roomier fit. This "wide" size is designed to fit a man 5' 10" to 6' 3" in height. The sleeve length is 17 3/4", shoulder width is 29 1/2", and the girth is 58".

2XL (+$10.00), measures 63" in length and comfortably fits 6' to 6' 5" in height. The sleeve length is 16", the shoulder width is 31", and the girth is 56".

2XL/Wide (+$10.00), measures 63" in length and is wider and roomier for a looser fit for the big and tall gentleman. Designed to fit a man 6' 1" to 6' 6" in height. The sleeve length is 18", shoulder width is 31", and the girth is flexible up to 60", which allows for an overlap on this wrap-around robe.
